For larger items that cannot be moved, our team will work around them, but clearing space allows for more complete floor coverage.

• For carpet cleaning, please conduct a general vacuum, if possible, before our arrival.
  While we perform pre-vacuuming as part of our service, a preliminary vacuum helps remove surface debris and allows our cleaning to focus on the deeper soil.
  
  
• For tile and hard surface cleaning, a simple sweeping to remove loose debris is helpful but not required.

Please inform us of any specific areas of concern, such as stubborn spots or high-traffic zones that need special attention.
